1. Returns

We currently do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. Each plant and product is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch.

2. Refunds

Orders once placed cannot be refunded after shipment.
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our support team.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be initiated to the original payment method within 24 hours of confirmation.

3. Damaged or Wrong Product
